Perennial vegetables are a neglected and underutilized class of crops with potential to address 21st century challenges. So information is hard to find unless you go digging for it. Down here in TX my fennel is going on its second year with bunches of new bulbs growing from the original plant and my chard is starting its fourth year. Thanks!
